Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 1 August 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses Antozoe, including Authorised Users, Administrators, Client Portal Users and anyone acting through an Account.

The Customer is responsible for its users and for ensuring that Customer Content and use of the Services comply with this policy.

2. Lawful authority and content

  • Do not upload, record, transcribe, disclose or process information unless you have the rights, authority, notices and consents required by law and contract.
  • Do not use Antozoe to violate privacy, confidentiality, employment, surveillance, recording, intellectual-property or data-protection obligations.
  • Do not upload complete payment-card numbers, passwords, secret keys, authentication tokens, government security-classified information or other credentials.
  • Do not upload sensitive or regulated information unless the use is necessary, lawful, authorised and supported by appropriate safeguards.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

  • illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, threatening or discriminatory activity;
  • child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation or trafficking;
  • content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or credible threats of violence;
  • malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, malicious code or instructions intended to compromise systems;
  • unauthorised surveillance, profiling or re-identification of individuals;
  • infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property, trade secrets or Confidential Information;
  • attempts to impersonate another person or organisation or misrepresent authority;
  • use that materially harms another person, Antozoe, its providers or the integrity of the Services.

4. Security and access abuse

  • Do not share individual credentials or Client Portal links except with the intended recipient.
  • Do not bypass authentication, permissions, feature flags, rate limits, usage controls or Subscription restrictions.
  • Do not probe, scan, test or exploit vulnerabilities without Antozoe’s prior written authorisation.
  • Do not access or attempt to access another Customer’s Workspace, project, files, artefacts or metadata.
  • Do not introduce automated agents, scrapers or load that unreasonably interferes with the Services.
  • Do not use compromised Accounts, stolen credentials or unauthorised API keys.

5. AI and high-impact use

  • Do not represent AI Output as verified fact, professional advice, regulatory approval or human-authored work where that would be misleading.
  • Do not use AI Output as the sole basis for employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal, disciplinary, immigration, education or other high-impact decisions about a person.
  • Use qualified human review, verify evidence, correct material errors and provide a meaningful reconsideration process where a decision may affect a person.
  • Do not deliberately manipulate source material or prompts to produce deceptive audit trails, approvals, evidence links or governance records.

6. Platform integrity and intellectual property

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile or reproduce the Services except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Do not extract proprietary prompts, templates, taxonomies, schemas, benchmark libraries or security logic.
  • Do not use the Services or Output to train or build a competing platform in breach of the Terms.
  • Do not remove notices, forge audit records or interfere with logs, locks, approvals or version history.

7. Usage limits and fair use

The Customer must comply with plan limits and reasonable usage controls. Antozoe may rate-limit, pause or require an upgrade where use threatens service stability, materially exceeds the purchased allowance or indicates abuse.

Antozoe will not impose an undisclosed usage charge. Any recurring add-on, capacity purchase or usage fee must be disclosed before it is charged.

8. Client Portal

Client Portal links must be shared only with authorised recipients and treated as confidential bearer credentials where the product flow does not require verified authentication.

A user must not publish a portal link, impersonate a reviewer, manipulate an approval, falsify review history or access content beyond the intended scope.

9. Reporting

Report suspected security issues, misuse or unlawful content to zoe@antozoe.com. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before giving Antozoe a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.

10. Enforcement

Antozoe may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend access or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, Antozoe will notify the Customer and allow an opportunity to remedy. Immediate action may occur for serious security, legal, abuse or harm risks.

Antozoe may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful authorities where required.

11. Changes and contact

Antozoe may update this policy and will publish the current version. Material changes will be notified where practicable.

Questions may be sent to zoe@antozoe.com.
